  Merged my profile with another "Karen M. Franks", did not ask for my birthdate to compare. Pharmacist said she would correct within a few days. Did not happen. After 2 months of promises, ended up having to call a District Manager in Illinois. This incident caused major problems for both Karen M. Franks'. We had each others doctors, prescriptions, and other info in the Walgreens database. I even received mail order prescriptions intended for the other KMF. Switched pharmacies immediately! Ridiculous, incompetent and rude staff in the pharmacy area!!!
