  We have had all our flooring at some point done by Nantahala and I would not go anywhere else. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL! The prices are amazing and the installers are terrific. Mark is always great about answering any questions. Every business has a few bad reviews please do hesitate to do business with them, we have had nothing but GOOD experiences on multiple occasions. We are currently having our kitchen done by them.

  We''ve have had 90% of our floors done by Nantahala Flooring over the years, and will go to them when we're ready for the last 10%. We have been very happy with their service, prices and helpfulness.

  If you buy flooring from these people, be sure to take a calipers with you and measure every piece. I ordered several thousand sq ft and the pieces varied by 0.1 inches from piece to piece and even from end to end on the same piece. Their response was that they has sold several truck loads of this product and that i was the first to complain. Only about 5% of the pieces were anywhere close to the spec. 3.250 inches. I was forced to re-mill the bulk of the product -- a real pain. They should offer a possible negative rating instead of just 1 to 5 stars.
